The source of chronic pain for many arises from very common imbalances and dysfunctional patterns in the musculoskeletal system. Most chronic pain can be relieved with a combination of skilled manual therapy and intelligent corrective exercise.

Myoskeletal Alignment Therapy (M.A.T.) created by Erik Dalton of the Freedom from Pain Institute as a tool to help relieve our nation’s neck/ back pain epidemic. It is a combination of methodical deep-tissue massage and joint flexibility that together improve muscular balance and alignment for optimal body performance. As your massage therapist, it enables me to to quickly identify and correct dysfunctional strain patterns before they become pain patterns. We do not "chase the pain" but rather look for causation.
